3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information, supplying genuine documents, informing us of any changes to your business, and directly verifying FSSAI regulations applicable to your business.
4. Fees and Payment
Our consultancy fees are as published on our website. Government fees are separate and paid directly to FSSAI. We operate on a pay-after-delivery model for most services. Fees may be subject to GST as applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Velco Legal India is not liable for: FSSAI application rejections due to client-provided incorrect information, FSSAI policy changes during processing, government portal downtime, or business decisions made based on our advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, design, and processes are the intellectual property of Velco Legal India. Copying without permission is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
