Pay After Delivery Model
Velco Legal India operates on a pay-after-delivery model for most services. You only pay our consultancy fee AFTER your FSSAI license or certificate is successfully delivered to you. This eliminates your financial risk upfront.
1. When You Pay
For most services, you pay our consultancy fee AFTER your FSSAI license/certificate is delivered. Government fees (paid directly to FSSAI on official portals) are separate and may need to be paid during the application process. We will clearly inform you about all fees before starting.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since we follow a pay-after-delivery model, refund situations are rare. However, refunds apply if: (a) you paid our consultancy fee in advance and we were unable to provide the service, (b) duplicate payment was made by error, or (c) service was not delivered as agreed. Government fees paid to FSSAI are non-refundable by Velco Legal India — refund of government fees must be sought directly from FSSAI.
3. Application Rejection
If your FSSAI application is rejected by FSSAI authorities due to reasons beyond our control (such as non-compliance of your premises, restricted product categories, or government policy), we will: (a) attempt to re-file with corrected information at no extra charge, (b) provide a detailed explanation of the rejection reason, or (c) offer a partial refund of consultancy fees based on the work completed.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT provided if: the application was filed correctly but FSSAI imposed new requirements during processing, the client provided incorrect/fraudulent information, the client changed their mind after application filing without valid reason, or government portal downtime caused delays beyond our control.
