Our Story
Founded in 1999 by a team of food technology graduates and regulatory experts, Velco Legal India started as a small advisory firm helping local food manufacturers in Jaipur navigate the then-PFA (Prevention of Food Adulteration Act) compliance requirements.
When FSSAI replaced PFA in 2006 and the FoSCoS platform was launched, we invested heavily in training our team and building deep expertise in the new regulatory framework. Today, we are among the most experienced FSSAI-only consultancies in India.
Our milestone of 1 lakh clients was a turning point. It validated our pay-after-delivery model, our transparent pricing, and our commitment to making FSSAI compliance accessible to every food business — from a home baker to a large manufacturer.
