The fees charged by Velco Legal India are for our private advisory and consultancy services only. Users can directly avail FSSAI registration and licensing services at NO consultancy cost by visiting the official FSSAI portal at foscos.fssai.gov.in.
1. Nature of Services
Velco Legal India provides private consultancy services to assist food business operators (FBOs) in understanding and complying with FSSAI regulations. Our services include document preparation, application filing assistance, compliance guidance, and regulatory advisory.
2. No Government Affiliation
We are not affiliated with, part of, or authorized by the Government of India, FSSAI, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, or any state food safety authority. Use of FSSAI-related terminology on our website is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any official endorsement.
3. FSM Registration
Velco Legal India is registered as a Food Safety Mitra (FSM) with FSSAI. This registration certifies that our consultants have completed FSSAI-prescribed training. However, FSM registration does not make us a government body or agency. You can verify our FSM credentials at mitra.fssai.gov.in.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we use our best expertise to prepare and file applications, we cannot guarantee the outcome of applications submitted to FSSAI. Approval, rejection, or modification of applications is solely the prerogative of the relevant FSSAI authority. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by FSSAI processing or policy changes.
5. Fee Structure Transparency
All fees displayed on our website clearly distinguish between: (a) Velco Legal India consultancy fees, and (b) Government fees payable to FSSAI. Government fees are paid directly to FSSAI through official portals. Velco Legal India does not collect government fees on behalf of FSSAI.
6. Information Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about FSSAI regulations. However, FSSAI frequently updates its regulations, fees, and procedures. We recommend verifying critical compliance requirements directly with FSSAI official sources.
